Nic has a passion for Financial Markets. He has a proven track record over the years for having been an expert in the Insurance Loss Warranty market (ILW).
Prior to Bermuda Brokers, Nic was a Partner at JLT Re Bermuda and following the Guy Carpenter merger worked in the GC Retrocession Team developing opportunities within the reinsurance industry.
From 2013 to 2017, Nic managed ILW, Property and Specialty Quota Share production for Somerset Holdings Ltd. Preceding this he worked for Citi Hedge Funds Services in Bermuda for three years as a Relationship Manager. Nic began his career in financial services at Citigroup and Bank of Mellon NY in Dublin, where he developed his specialist understanding of cash management and structured finance.
Nic a Parisian, is fluent in French, English and Spanish. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management Control, Accountancy and Financial Management from the top-ranked INSEEC School of Business & Economics in France.
Consulting for us in the UK, Seamus established a practice in 2016 which provides capacity, advisory and management solutions to MGAs and insurers.
He is keenly interested in the MGA sector and is an energetic self-starter, educated to degree and ACII level. He works with our established clients to ensure that their needs and concerns are monitored, managed, met and exceeded.

Kurt has over 25 years of sales, marketing and underwriting experience in the US where he began his career at Sentry Insurance and also served as Vice President of Business Development for ISBA Mutual Insurance Company for 17 years. Most recently, Kurt founded and served as President of Insure1st, a specialty niche insurance broker.
Kurt works with US based Independent Brokers and MGA’s developing programs or helping them develop insurance or reinsurance solutions to their unique situations.
Charlotte has recently joined us as a Trainee Broker. She is a graduate of Regents University in London where she studied English and Psychology and obtained a degree in Liberal Arts.
